 +Mayor and Council of Reynolds held an Emergency Called meeting at City Hall on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in order to discuss the current cash flow issues.

 +**MEMBERS PRESENT:​** ​ Mayor Walter Turner, Libby Bond, Danny Perkins, Walker Moore, Erie Barker, Chris Mason and Brittany Wainwright

 +After discussion on the current cash flow issues the following motions were made in order to release cash to cover current outstanding invoices. ​ Council also agreed to have each Committee meet with their perspective department head to look at ways of cutting expenses over the next few months until cash flow issues are resolved.

 +Libby Bond made a motion to pay three outstanding invoices totaling $5,032.37 for new parts for the sewer plant (pumps/​keypad) out of the 2011 SPLOST. ​ Walker Moore seconded the motion. ​ Mayor Walter Turner, Danny Perkins, Erie Barker, Chris Mason and Brittany Wainwright voted in favor. ​ The motion passed.

 +Libby Bond made a motion authorizing City Clerk Pam Anthony to request that the Citizens State Bank release the $11,000.00 of the Capital Reserve Savings Account ending in 4170 being held as collateral for the Chief of Polices’ vehicle so that the total of $54,496.94 may be used to cover current outstanding invoices. ​ Brittany Wainwright seconded the motion. Mayor Walter Turner, Danny Perkins, Erie Barker, Chris Mason and Walker Moore voted in favor. ​ The motion passed.
